Terrible. He cancelled my mom’s insurance telling her he would put us on a new policy and then he forgot to add the new policy. He didn’t do his job so we had no car insurance. Don’t go here, he is nice at first then will ignore you and be rude.

My husband enrolled with this co. Three years ago, during this period we did not make any accident and this month my husband had an accident he called Mr.Sammy Beshay but he refused to help us told us that he was driving for Uber and he can not help us
We told him that we assigned for ride share in the contract but he refused to even answer our called start to text us finally we canceled the contract as we spent a lot of money for a big ZERO

I own a store and i choose this company to be my insurance and i pay them in full and after 3 years sombody broken to the store the police was involved and i called the agent samy and he told me my insurance was cancelled 6 monthes ago. So what is the reason he did not tell me it was cancelled. I am going to court and let the law get my money and damage back scam compnay people becarfual.
