I cannot say enough good things about Gordon Fong, my loan officer. A decision to take out a second loan/mortgage is never one to take lightly. Along with the administrative tasks, there is always an anxiety of whether or not one is doing the right thing and would one's application even be accepted. I had all of these thoughts and concerns swirling around when I initiated the process of getting a second loan. I was introduced to Gordon by someone from one of the larger banks when my mother needed to refi her mortgage. He was able to help my mother with flying colors. So naturally when it came time for me to consider refinancing my home, I remembered Gordon and the advice that the banker from the larger bank offered which was that if anyone could help with potentially tricky loan, it would be Gordon. Apparently, Gordon was very good at navigating even the trickiest of loans. He did such a great job for my mother that I had the confidence that I would be in good hands with Gordon. Gordon exceeded my expectations. He solidified his reputation. I found Gordon to be professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Gordon actually helped make the process easy and pleasant. Anytime Gordon called me, he was always calm and encouraging. He would check in and, when information was needed, he was always reassuring. As I always say, if you find a good mechanic, stick with that mechanic for life; if you find a good plumber, don't go anywhere else and, if you find a great loan officer whom you can trust with one of the most important decisions of your life, why wouldn't you maintain the connection and, with confidence, recommend him to everyone else who could use his wonderful service!
