This woman is nothing short of a rude bully.

I was informed her office was the selling agent for a home behind me.

These new owners cleared their property and also it seems cleared mine. I too only purchased my home 3 months ago.

She demanded to know who gave me her agency name but before I could answer told me people "mow" over the line. When I explained they "cleared" my property with a mulcher she raised her voice and responded, "That happens on this island." She ended it with "call your lawyer, call a surveyor but were not the agent."

It wasn't what she said but how she said it. Shouting me down doesn't scare me but it should scare anyone who she sells a house to that what happens afterward simply "happens on the island."

Rude, bully who I wished a good weekend to then hung up on.

I listed my condo unit for sale with Mrs. Grace Tyson acting as our real estate agent. However, potential buyers were having to speak with owners of neighbouring units to get any information about our listing. Mrs.Tyson simply would not return their calls. The potential buyer had enlisted the help of another real estate agent and they seemed to be under the impression that Mrs. Tyson would not answer their questions because she didn't want to split the commission. When I called Mrs. Tyson to resolve this issue she made up multiple excuses, indicating that her phone lines weren't working and that the potential buyer was lying. I found this interesting since I had successfully spoken with her office assistant multiple
times that day and throughout the week. I politely and professionally asked her to terminate our contract and indicated that I understood the terms. She yelled at me that I still would have to pay her the commission should the condo sell during the contractual period, which I had just explained that I understood.

Mrs. Grace Tyson will not stop harassing us now about selling our condo, despite us telling her that she is no longer representing us as a real estate agent and we have removed our condo from the market.

Mrs.Tyson acted in her own interest and let greed get the best of her; what a shame!

I dealt with Candy, she was very polite and easy to talk to. Assured me even though we were coming down late on a Saturday that we would have everything we needed. House was great! Very homey and comfortable. Would recommend highly if you're looking for a vacation rental on Dauphin island!

I called Grace at Grace Tyson and asked for her help in pulling comps. She's EXTREMELY RUDE she hung up on me AND I am a fellow realtor out of state who will be needing an agent to list my property. The absolute worst type of customer service!!!! Be aware of this vicious person.
