Terrible company.
They will spend time and money on Christmas Eve to harass tenants about vehicles in front of a garage, even if you’re actively loading or unloading your vehicle. But can’t replace multiple signs in our neighborhood that have rotted and fallen over, or reinstall speed bumps in the summer that keeps kids and pets safe in an enclosed complex where people shouldn’t be driving quickly.
Too many other examples to bother listing of them prioritizing authority and rules over maintaining their share of the complex.

Doesn’t return calls or texts. Every time I sent a text and then ended up calling, Austin said “I just read your text and was getting back to you”. Promised me he would send me an appointment time to do an estimate on a Monday. We rearranged our schedules to make sure someone would be there that day. Never heard from him with an appointment time. When I got ahold of him, he told me he broke down in Utah over the weekend. He never contacted me to let me know anything. So unprofessional. Now I’m trying to find someone else to do the work.

Grand Teton Property Management only has one interest in mind and that their own. Lisa King and company are deceitful liars. After living in the same unit for three years and being able to finally afford our own place we gave Lisa a month and half of notice that we would be moving out. She said no problem we will be able to find a tenant.

They did not even try to find a tenant because they were to busy to place a five minute ad in the Jackson Hole Daily. I posted it on 22 Rents and they got over 20 phone calls in three hours requesting showings for the unit but did not show it to anyone. In the end they walked away with $2,400.00 dollars of last months rent and security deposit.

Do not rent or hire this company to manage your property. They are unprofessional and mismanaged.

This company is a JOKE! Unorganized, mismanaged and unprofessional. Inept at performing the smallest amount of services to both landlord and tenant. If there was any way in which I could be a part of putting this company out of business I would do anything in my power to help make that happen. Disgusted and embarrassed at the feeble attempts they made at correcting very serious leaking roofs throughout multiple properties that they are overseeing.

These people don’t take an ounce of pride in their work and should close shop. They lack professionalism and drive to excel at the menial tasks that are their responsibility. If you want anything done you have to get it done yourself and call them to remind them, or in our case, beg them to do anything they previously said they would. Worst part is though, after significant water damage in our home TWO months ago our home is still ripped apart and we are living out of suitcases.

This company was amazing, they do there own maintenance and they got my house rented for $300-$400 more than everyone else. They have a webpage for both the tenants and the landlords that keeps everyone informed. Great source of information and very helpful and friendly.

Horrible management. Spend more time harassing and blatantly ignoring tenants than actually solving any problems within the complex.
