I love this bank. I don't have much contact with the people in the Heber branch but the 4 time I have been in there they were nice and helpful. The Midway branch is my normal and all of them that work in there are the best. It reminds me of the small bank I grew up with. They are honest and tell you everything up front even if you aren't going to like the news. That is a thing I personally can appreciate!

Came back to my home town to see the building the bank resides was renovated I was thrilled! But my excitement stops there, I went inside to check out the facilities and Inquire about opening a savings account there. To my surprise, this became a much more difficult task than I anticipated, due to the gentleman helping me Mr. tom stone. He was overtly rude and just seemed he didn’t have time to assist with what I assumed was a simple request. Due to this interaction, I will no longer be inquiring about opening an account here. I’m no fan of being belittled or disrespected in a place of business.

The building owner and branch manager seem to be confused on the legality and ethics of public property and what can and cannot be photographed. The building owner appeared on video to supposedly misuse the 911 system to make an overly exaggerated report against a citizen engaging in photography of the building.
Very rude. Highly recommend moving your assets elsewhere.

Both the Owner and Branch Manager doesn't seem to understand that people are allowed to be in public and photograph the building... Try educating yourselves.
