I’ve gone to the complex 4 days last week to retrieve an application. There were never any. I’ve sent an email. No response. I’ve sent three messages on Facebook and they have been read. No response either. I manage my own rentals and I know from a business stand point and from a professional point, that is not the way to handle things. If the answer is no, you still respond. Very unprofessional from my point of view. We were excited to possibly rent an apartment here for my husband and I and sons.
