We called Wednesday morning to report that the air conditioner was not working. Maintanance staff did not come until Thursday saying too much freon was in the unit so they released it and left. We called Friday morning they said they were coming, but never did. We called Saturday morning and the on call maintenance said he wasn't coming until Monday and hung up the phone and wouldn't answer the rest of the day. Meanwhile, our thermostat has been showing over 80o degrees. We also called the property management who stated that maintenance would be here to fix the problem by 5pm. Well at 5:30 property management said maintenance was on his way.....same thing at 6:30. It started raining after 7 until 8. We talked to property management again he stated to just find somewhere to go or Crack your window because maintenance is not coming due to the rain. I asked Bill why would he have us to believe that our a/c would be fixed since 1pm then suggest we leave or let up widows. I just paid rent and bills so no I don't have hotel money until they decide to fix the a/c that has gotten patched up 6 times this summer alone. Then to find out Maintanance was at a volleyball game while we are sitting in 82 degree weather. On call means available to the residents for emergencies well this property does not handle any maintenance issues they just patch up. Here it is Sunday day 5 and we're still sitting in the same conditions. Horrible
