The folks at Guild Mortgage, Andy Ripps, and his assistant Abby, were wonderful to work with during our conventional home loan process. Andy and Abby were very knowledgable about their loan products and the loan approval process, highly professional, as well as friendly and personable. They were always ready and able to answer all of our questions during the loan approval process. Also, Andy kept us informed with the fluctuating interest rates and helped guide us on the best course of action with respect to locking in our interest rate. If we ever need to refinance our home loan our first call would be to Andy Ripps at Guild Mortgage.

We met with three mortgage companies prior to selecting Andy Ripps/Guild Mortgage. The reasons for going with Andy and Guild Mortgage were many! The initial reason was because of convenience; we didn't have to drive 10+ hours each direction to gather hard-copies of required documentation which was required by the other two lenders. (We purchased our home in Star Valley while we were spending the Summer in the area.) Andy understood our situation and allowed us to submit e-documents. In addition, and another nice perk, the cost to obtain the loan was lower and the rate was slightly better than the other two. Lastly, Andy and his team were very thorough and approachable. It was, by far, the best, easiest and most pleasant loan process that my husband and I have experienced in our 8+ homes we've owned over the years. Thank you, Andy and the entire Guild Mortgage Team! You all are AWESOME!
