Brian was awesome...very pleasant, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable asking questions. I was amazed with the price comparison he provided allowing me to see the properties and price range I was interested in with all the applicable information; sales prices, down payment, interest rates, mortgage payments over time, all side-by-side, along with a video recording to explain and welcome me. Brian and the whole team at Cherry Creek Mortgage are very efficient and professional.
