I highly recommend Mayra Valdez at Guild Mortgage. She is authorized to do business in AZ and TX. Mayra has now helped me get loans on two separate homes. I met Mayra in 2018 when I purchased my dream home. I ended up selling it years later and moving out of AZ. When I got the news I'd be returning home to the United States (I've been working in Canada), I knew I had to contact Mayra to help me finance my next AZ home. Mayra works well with my Realtor, Irene Lozano Kimball (the same realtor I've used before). Mayra understands my shift work schedule and how my job transfers me around the US and Canada. 5 stars isn’t enough for Mayra.
She went above and beyond for me. I am a first time buyer and no question was too dumb. She was always available and even when I was afraid to ask my realtor a question, she was always there to answer it with no judgement.
Our realtor at one point wanted us to try another lender because it was her friend…. After one conversation with that other lender I said absolutely not and went straight back to Mayra.
I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone I know.
What a HUGE asset she is to Guild. Yall should be proud to have her on your team.

If there was an option for more than 5 stars I would choose it. If I had to do this process all over again I would also choose to work with Mayra Valdez.
