Nancy was definitely a pleasure to work with. We recently wanted to refinance our HELOC, so reached out to Cherry Creek Mortgage. The reason was that our 1st mortgage was also part of a Cherry Creek Mortgage subsidiary company which was later transferred to another servicing company. We specifically picked Nancy's office because we felt that we may have a much better experience than working with other local Guild Mortgage offices. From the start, Nancy was very fast to respond to my online loan application and was able to provide an initial estimate as far as the APR and the line limit and closing costs. From that point on, it was continuous communication to provide the required documents. Throughout this process we had several questions and concerns about the process, especially when the loan was with the underwriters but Nancy promptly handled all those questions and concerns. One thing I admire Nancy for which of course never expected was several times Nancy responded to our inquiries when it was past the normal business hours. Of course, to me this was going above and beyond as I never expected to get a response late in the evening. All in all, we were able to close our loan in 26 days (even though it was during the Christmas and New Year holidays) with no hiccup and in our case the final APR and closing costs were slightly lower than what Nancy had initially quoted us. I am sad we never got to meet Nancy in person, but it is a sure bet that when it comes to shopping for our next mortgage, we will be reaching out to Nancy first. Her company and team are solid and have a large presence in California and offer a multitude of mortgages and home loans at very competitive rates and closing costs, so definitely please consider her when shopping for a mortgage or refinancing.
