Tom Stone is very knowledgeable about all loan products. At first we were thinking of maybe doing Reverse Mortgage. He and his team were very good at explaining it all to us. But in the end we opted for a conventional loan and Tom was able to use the same appraisal and we were able to close very quickly. I would highly recommend Tom Stone and Guild Mortgage.
