I highly recommend Gulfbelt Properties. I haven't had any issues. Even with all the craziness going on with the housing and rental costs around the area and rest of the country, they still remain reasonable and affordable. I appreciate that so so much, like I really do! Crystal has been amazing to work with. Every interaction is personable and she knows what she's doing.. thank yall for everything!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. If you are black please for the love of God do not go through the company. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had as a renter. The office staff are very rude they don’t know how to talk to people that are paying them. They aren’t understanding and nobody will help you get an understanding of the amount you owe. Even after making several attempts to make it right crystal still is threatening to file the eviction notice. While I was there attempting to get an understanding she sent a team message stating that she will still be filing an eviction notice and that the worker who was trying to help was wasting her breath! DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY

When I moved into one of their properties in mid December, my apartment did not have a unit that came with heating. Megan was nice enough to let me borrow her personal space heater until maintenance could address my issues! Megan and Crystal have both been very helpful and responsive. Phenomenal service from these two ladies. Love my apartment, thanks.

Joyce is the absolute worst. They apparently do not want people to rent their homes. If you call to ask general questions Joyce will talk over you and does not care about what you have to say. They do not communicate with one another in what goes on with applications. If you get denied Joyce will belittle you and will not give you steps to correct the issue. I was laughed at and told "oh are you going to contact all these places that you are in debt with" they just wanted to rent to whoever else was on the waiting list. It's no longer on market. Within two hours.

they literally won’t allow maintence to fix the properties and actually FORCE the workers to do it poorly to cut costs.

If you want the worst, least maintained, cat scratch, painted over, HALF AZZED, scumlord, never fixes anything, if they do fix it they make the workers fix it CHEAP and POORLY…… look no more. Gulfbelt will ask for 3x the rent to be eligible for essentially what is a run down, overpriced, TRAPHOUSE……
Every rent company here in Mobile are nothing but 1 rich guy with an 8 bedroom house making everyone else pay for his expenses while providing the absolute worst living conditions imaginable.
