This lender illegally did a hard credit pull on me despite me explicitly stating in writing that I did not authorize that. This action caused my credit score to drop and will leave me in a worse position when I find another lender. Immediate red flag to me that I should not trust this group to handle any legal documentation.

terrible experience trying to process our loan and close our house on time. We experienced many delays due to mistakes made that could've been avoided which forced us to pick up their slack and fix it for them. unfortunately, it was our first home buying experience and it went terribly, but we fixed it and got it done. We almost lost our home in the process, but we finally saved it at the last second by working OT to do someone else's job. Will not return to this company for another house, at least not Pendleton branch with Brad.
