If you are looking for a welcoming, professional insurance company, drive a little further. The older white lady who works there called the police on a group of mainly black students (including myself) on numerous occasions. What was our offense? Standing near the building waiting on the city bus to pick us up. On the side that isn’t even the entrance, might I add. No one is on the side of that establishment except for one car. We are in view of traffic so we’re not lurking in the back. We’re simply talking amongst ourselves quietly and standing on the sidewalk when the lady states she called an officer. The officer pulls up, forces us to move, and sits in his car until we caught the bus. The reason why we didn’t simply sit by the booth is that
1) It was 76 degrees and we wanted shade.
2) The bus booth is too small for about 12 teenagers (and any other possible riders) simply wanting to wait on the bus to go home.
The photo I enclosed doesn’t show everyone but it shows the cop who is wasting his time and our time plus the old lady’s time over something that’s not even an issue.
And that doesn’t even cover how few customers they even receive. Other reviews pointed out unprofessionalism and ineffectiveness, and I can safely agree after this experience.

I stopped at their business together my papers and go in and speak with them about insurance. The next thing I know I'm being told I can't park there because they thought I was there to pick up a student, looking like a car that had been there before. Well sir it wasn't me and as far as business with you it isn't me now! Maybe you'll understand why your lot is empty!

On Monday afternoon a white lady who works there came out and called the police and a group of teenagers waiting on the city buss just for waiting outside the building the group of teens were mainly black, she came up to one of them (a teenage girl) and started threatening her with the police. Very unprofessional so I say this is probably why that don’t have many customers 🙄
