I have been going to James Korman since I was living with my parents back in 2016 (my policy extends back further to around 2012). They’ve insured me since my first vehicle. There’s no lie that they have the best coverage prices, I will give them that. However, when transiting from childhood into adulthood I found that they were not as understanding. It’s always a negative conversation over the phone met with condescending attitude from the woman who answers. My mother is a witness, she’s listened in on several of these calls. I’ve also heard her have her fair share of negative calls with them.

In between 2016 and now, I’ve been in an accident and got a new car. Each time I’ve had to contact Korman insurance it has been extremely unpleasant, despite having been in an accident or getting a new car.

This is a company. Your issues should not be reflected onto your customers. It’s really unpleasant when I’m already busy trying to figure out my policy information, and to add to the stress I have to deal with attitude. I am respecting your time and effort, all I'm asking is that it’s reciprocated. That sounds better for both parties.

Nothing against the insurance company itself, just the customer service. 👎🏼

They could have the best prices in town, and it wouldn't be worth working with someone this aggressively hostile. Luckily their prices are much higher than the other options, so it's an easy choice!

If you get car insurance from Korman insurance, double check to make sure it's the correct policy number with the right car.
They put a payment that I made for my new car, onto my old car insurance policy.
