Hammond and hammond is the joke with no punchline. The rudest most inept leasing company in the existence of leasing companies. Victoria and the entire staff have no idea how to conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Absolutely horrible customer service from representative Jessica. Very stand offish. Refused to be asked questions about a listing. You can hear her attitude from the phone. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customers.

They always gave us peace of mind that our properties were in safe hands, which was especially important for us with living so far away in the UK, and we really appreciated that. From managing the routine day to day maintenance of the properties & collection of rent, to refurbishing the properties & finding new tenants, everyone at H&H - and Frank in particular - has been prompt & efficient and always accessible to speak to. They also provided us with invaluable help coordinating the final tenants, refurbishments & selling agents prior putting the properties on the market and throughout the sale and escrow periods.

We also have properties in the UK, & just wish Hammond & Hammond operated here too, as the end-to-end service they provide is difficult to come across here.
