Best birthing experience ever, bed side manner was more than perfect, My decisions were respected, any questions/concerns were answered, they treated me as though I were family, and made my delivery beautiful and smooth. I wouldn’t recommend any other hospital, I also use their pediatrics and they are also professional, caring, and my kiddos love them. Not to mention all of my medical information is linked to their app health connect.

Terrible experience. I was brought in by ambulance for a fractured vertebrae. Upon arrival, I was put in a wheelchair in the waiting area (I could not support my own weight) while I was screaming in absolute pain. It was humiliating while everyone stared.

Meanwhile, I had to beg for help to be put into a bed. I was made fun of by the staff. I was asked for a signature, but I could not support my own weight nad accidentally signed in the wrong area. The staff made fun of me and asked if "my hands worked" and sighed heavily at my mistake.

The elderly lady working the desk at ER needs to retire. I felt as if I was being punished for some reason. All nurses, except for the doctor and the male nurse, made me feel as if I was a burden.

After 9 excruciating hours, I finally received a glass of water and was transferred to St. Vincent where I was actually treated like a human being.

I felt as if I was in a third world hospital.

I had a MRI done on my prostate, on 3/26/25. the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Hancock Regional Hospital to everyone i know.... Thank you

They cut out my appendicitis! I stayed in the hospital for 2 days! To be honest, I didn't want to leave. The feeling that you get into a big loving family. Dr. Meads is a very attentive and kind doctor! After communicating with him, I realized that I was in safe hands! The whole team is very friendly and caring! It was especially cool with the nurse of the 3rd floor Nathan S 💪🤝 fed well too! There was a menu and you chose what to order yourself 😋of course there is one minus for which I would even take off one ball is waiting, I waited about 4.5 hours in the emergency room. Well, it doesn't matter 5 stars.

I came here to get cared for and left in worst condition then I came in an also the Doctor a Guy wit Reddish Blonde hair Blue eyes 11-09-2024 in the afternoon the ER was a rude individual and didn’t care about my health an wellness. Actually I’m checking on an attorney. Because what unacceptable.

At the Emergency Room this morning at 4:30am with a what I thought was fractured rib and they took fantastic care of me. Dr Scott Moore was top-notch and RN Dana was excellent and exceptional. They treated me like family. Jennifer RN checked me in at Emergency Room reception and Allen from CT scan was very professional and extremely knowledgeable doing my scan. They all deserve a pay raise.

When my husband experienced a very scary medical condition, we found ourselves at the ER early on Saturday morning. He was seen quickly and was ultimatly admitted to the ICU around noon. That's where we encountered our guardian angel, Connie.

Everyone, every step of the way, seemed competent and caring, but Connie is special. She was a bright light, our touchstone, in a very dark, scary time.

It takes a lot of skill to treat a patient in crisis, but it takes a very special person to treat and care for a patient AND their loved ones. Connie is special.

They keep changing billing services and billing for items over and over again. Just sent to collections for a zero balance account, but 3 new charges suddendly popped up from 2 years ago. Just addressed this in March 2024 again with a zero balance. I think they are just billing people in hopes some will pay the bills (great way to get extra money). Can't talk to anyone, as they won't transfer or call you back either. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
