I was cordially welcomed at the front desk, was able to complete the paperwork in time before the appointment. At the appointment time I was greeted by a very nice technician who took my CT scan. She was friendly, pleasant, and patient. She told me exactly what she was going to do, and gave me directions for what to do. When she was finished she helped me with my walker and directed me to the waiting room. I am very pleased with my experience.

The third-party call center that handles appointments is atrocious. I needed an appointment weeks ago and could never get in touch with the physical location. Multiple attempts to reach them and the call center options put you on hold and then it kicks you to a survery before talking with anyone. The few times I attempted to speak with an office manager, I was placed on hold for up to 20 minutes only to have the call end. After three transfers with hang-ups a representative said there wasn't a manager available until the next day so I was placed on hold for nothing. The call center said they'd call me back after my insurance was approved. I stated that my insurance doesn't require an authorization. Get rid of your call center and let customers speak directly with the offices. I also attempted to contact the customer service number and was still transfered to scheduling. Whoever is in charge of the managing the call center should be fired! Oh yeah, due to this, my specialist canceled my appointment until I have a MRI. I'm now going to wait another four weeks.

I always have a good experience at Hanford Imaging. This visit was for a thyroid biopsy, it all went very well and the radiologist was awesome. He made me feel very comfortable during procedure. He explained the process step by step, was friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

I arrived 20 minutes early, just like they asked . I reviewed my paperwork and answers a few more questions and as soon as I was done they took me in . I must say the whole experience was quick and done very professionally.
