Tried to transfer a prescription to Happy Valley, what a mistake! It’s hard to get them on the phone, but eventually we did. Couldn’t tell us when the prescription would be ready, they didn’t have enough of the pills in stock. My wife was told they would check when they could get the pills and call back. It’s been 4 days and still no call. Tried to transfer to a CVS and CVS cannot contact Happy Valley. It must be nice to be the only game in town and provide such poor customer service. Will never use these guys!

What a lovely little pharmacy, friendly staff, plenty of parking, easy in - easy out. I enjoy getting my prescriptions filled here when I am in town.

Me and my family have been exclusively with them for half a decade now. the girls and Howard ((the staff )) are incredibly knowledgeable/professional and have made phone calls to resolve issues to get you help asap......try getting that at a Walmart or cvs... good luck 🤞.

Transferred prescription to this location. Unable to contact by phone. Have been in four days no answer. Got answer today got put on hold and then sent to answering machine. Quickly losing hope on my prescription been without almost 2 weeks trying to refill.

Nothing happy about this place. Short hours, closed for lunch (good luck trying to get your meds on your lunch hour).

We had Covid, had scripts called in, only to be told they don’t carry this medicine? Not that they were out. They just choose not to carry. Told to drive to Blythe CA. Sure, why not, feeling like a nice roadtrip spreading Covid along the route.

This place literally doesn’t care about customers or health. Do not waste your time or money here.

Please Quartzsite, open another pharmacy. Tired of this poor treatment.

I posted a positive review too soon about this business on another account.
I CANNOT WILL NOT AND WON'T recommend this business to ANYONE!!!
It's a very small pharmacy that cannot attend to its customers
I waited 3 days for my bipolar meds!!! Should have known then but decided to give them one more go. As I suspected 3 days and my husband is STILL waiting for his antibiotics!!!!

As you can CLEARLY SEE this prescription has no refills.
My insurance paid them on on August 25, 2024. For what?
On December 5 I called Walmart pharmacy in Parker Arizona to find out where my prescription was refilled by doctor. That's when I found out this no good pharmacy filled a no refill script. How was this done? This cannot EVEN be legal.
I GUARANTEE I saw doctor AFTER this prescription was filed
This business is fraudulent.
Always a bad attitude.
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.
YOU'LL END UP WAITING DAYS BEFORE YOU CAN GET YOUR SCRIPT.

It seems like you could do 9am to 5pm mon thru Fri when the snowbirds are here , 8 don't see what the issue is with that. Take your break or family time in the summer and shorten the hours then , I don't understand this company
