I'm a neighbor of a building managed by harbor property management . I I not recommend them for your property . All they care about is rent . The building has graffiti on it for several months now . Management has been here and seen it I have also reported it several times . Their tenants aren't made to follow any type of rules in the building . They are horrible . You would be better off selling your property than having harbor property management handle it . Have a great day
