Michael took great care of my client I sent his way! It was a very complicated situation for a client in a bad spot and he jumped right on it and took care of them. He ran into a few hiccups during the approval process and didn't stop until he found a solution and got the deal done.

Michael Luculano is the worst lender ever. Stay away from him. He apologized last time by calling me and I took the negative review away then. Now I’m sure that I was wrong and should not have taken that review off. This guy simply have no manners and doesn’t know how to behave with clients. He will treat you like some beggar. There are tons of other great hard money guys in valley who are very approachable and decent in their behavior. Doesn’t treat you with disrespect like this guy does. I am sure his minions will call me again to take this review off but not this time. He definitely needs to learn customer service. Stay away!

Michael and Lara were fantastic to work with. This was our first hard money deal and we had 30 days to close on our Mesa warehouse. We ended up closing in only 18 days, and only because we were delayed in getting proof of building insurance. They could have funded us in around 10 days which is crazy fast! Michael was super friendly, always available by phone, and helped explain and guide us through the entire process. It was smooth and fast from day 1. Entire underwriting process was easy and fast. This will be the first of many deals we'll do with them from now on, so we can make more competitive all cash offers. I really liked working with this group and highly recommend.
