Harries is the best agency I've dealt with and unfortunately I have dealt with several. Harries does everything the others didn't - answer phone calls promptly, have staff (not just the principle Brenda Harries) that are knowledgeable and actually get back to you when they say they will if they have to research something.

Every month was horrible, first it started with my insurance not being sent to the DMV correctly by one of their agents, by the time they sent me my ACTUAL tags I had to pay THREE PARKING TICKETS THAT THEY DIDNT REINBURSE ME FOR
Their Auto Pay system is REALLY BAD they won’t recognize Credit unions and then when trying to set up autopay their system makes it impossible to pay, they give you the option to pay anytime during the month, but they don’t allow you too.
After monthes of this they threaten to cancel MY INSURANCE
After every payment was made ON TIME despite their Autopay system that made it almost IMPOSSIBLE
My Rep was very nice, all of my Frustrations she has tried to solve each one but in a calm and collective manner, but everything she tried to do the system either canceled or backfired. I also got quoted waaay less by multiple insurance companies. Take the time to switch, it’ll improve your daily life. As long as I live I will tell everyone I know how ****** this insurance company is and how much ******** it’s put me through especially during a PANDEMIC. I have a 2021 Kia Soul and I’d rather pay Premiums somewhere else that actually gives a ****
