This agency sold a general liability policy to a contractor that did work at my home. The contractors employees (Capstone Pool and Spa Remodeling) damaged property at my home while doing the pool replaster, and I am fully entitled to file a claim with the contractors general liability insurance carrier for the damaged property. I called the agency to report a claim, and was told by an agent that after speaking to the contractor, the agent would NOT be filing a claim since the INSURED did not want to report a claim to their insurance company. I have never heard anything so asinine in my life! Obviously, the insured does NOT want to file a claim, but that is not their perogative, nor is it the peragative of the agent or agency. It is my legal right to file what I consider to be a very valid claim for damage to my property, and if the insurance company decides it is not a valid claim for some reason, they will notify me in writing of that decision. I will be filing a claim directly with the insurance company, and will also be filing a formal complaint with the State of CA Insurance Commissioner against this incompetent agency. I even sent an email to the President and VP of the agency and received zero response. CRAZY!!

Has failed to reply to my insurance company. Will not answer calls, will not return calls, will not reply to email or anything. This is what you'll have waiting for you if you have dealings with this disreputable company.
