After being a HM customer for many years, this company really let me down in customer service and communication and made very expensive mistakes on my policies. I will most likely have to go through the State Insurance Commission to get the problems resolved and get refunded. I made a horrible mistake of having HM auto withdrawal monthly premiums, which have been in excess and wrong for 5 months now. To be honest, I don't know the agent in Pea Ridge, but I do know personally how poorly the HM home office and new local agent (Dan Hart in Fayetteville) treats customers. HM used to be great with personal service, but sadly not anymore. Five months later, still no communication or reply from my agent and still getting bills in mail after I canceled HM and auto debit and started with a new company. Go elsewhere....
