We stayed the night one night here and we were all alone. It had started to snow when we pulled in and the road was a little wet to get to the campground. We had a blast that night and the snow was mostly melted when we left. The area was beautiful and I'd love to spend more time here.

My kids and I love the beach. The only major complaint I would have is that the wasps in the bathrooms are out of control. We also got swarmed by bees at are campsite and had to pack up everything and move because of a hive underneath are table.

New to this lake and did no research on it. We just took the drive to see what it’s all about and all i can say is It could be nicer. The day use only little beach part by the dock was filthy with trash and broken glass and because of this we didn’t want to get into the water. The water looked dirty too so swim at your own risk. There’s only one entrance sadly and it leads to a small camping spot. Looks like a decent camping spot. Due to the not so great experience it’s not worth us driving the hour and half to come here again. Too bad humanity ruined it 🤷🏻‍♀️

I used to come here as a kid with my family. We've made it a tradition to bring our kids here in the summer. After our trip over this past weekend, we will not be returning. My brother decided to join us for the day. When he arrived there were two law enforcement cars at the entrance. He waved to them, they waved back. He proceeded in to find us. One of the officers followed him and ticketed him for not paying as soon as he got there. All he was going to do was let his son and his dog out of the car and then go back and pay. Also to top it off, the envelope says to pay when you leave. My sister in law was also ticketed and the officer talked to her and my husband desperately and he told them that the other one was saying things that were never even said. On top of our normal camping fees, our group received $200 in fines.

Spent two days there in an RV. The scenery was spectacular with the bluff across the reservoir. And the place was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

Caught a nice little largemouth off the dam! Beautiful scenery too!

This Reservoir is very low. Just don't count it out altogether. There's a lot nice beach area and again, the scenery is to die for!

I'm going back to explore.
