What a plasent experience while comparing companies for insurance. While entering the business I was given a warm welcome with a big smile. Major flooding damage. Company opened 9-5 M-F. Disasters don’t always coincide with the workweek. Would be nice if agent would at least have answering machine. Toll free number no call back as promised. Time for new insurance company!!!!!!
