I went to this location on two separate occasions to cancel checks that had gotten lost in the mail (that's a whole nother rant there), and even paid the cancellation fee. They told me I was all set, everything looked good, check was successfully cancelled. And I log in one day to see that the money from the check I thought was cancelled has now been taken out of my account, almost a month later when I no longer have that money. I signed their form and everything, they told me the check was cancelled, and yet here I am now stuck with overdraft charges. And now I'm concerned that the second check I cancelled will still come out before I get paid. This banking branch has gone downhill ever since they merged with Glacier, I've had too many problems since that merge and am now considering banking elsewhere.

Rana Haddad always has givin me trouble when cashing checks or to deal with anything i try to always avoid her when she worked at the main branch off Virginia always had a bad attitude. Sabrina price is the manager knowing ive cashed several checks from the company i work for and still make it a hassle. Will never come back to this branch. It's a joke. It makes me want to cancel my account with heritage

I have been cashing my paychecks here every week on Thursday or Friday depending on the day I get it. For ten years with no problems. The bank has recently merged with another I guess big name type bank and they have new staff that are following the new type rules also they have removed the cash deposits from the atm today my issue is I was denied my check cashing due to it being dated tomorrow and they don't cash post dated checks but I'm telling you all they did it for ten year my wife has an account here and we are checking out of this once apon a time great bank.

Fantastic bank to do business with, whether you're doing personal or business, they have all your needs covered. The only issue I have is that they don't offer auto loans.

The woman in charge of real estate loans at heritage bank does not care about the customer. It is about the total lack of regard for the customer. She is, in my opinion, inept. Do not bank at Heritage if you want any customer care for your real estate loan. She will ignore you, string out communication and wait til the very last minute to send you minimal info on your efforts to work to get your loan. Probably the worst banking experience in my life. Go elsewhere and save yourself the grief. We closed our accounts and will never go back.

They were incredibly rude, I didn't have an account, and wanted to trade a 10 for 10$ in quarters. They took my ID, and held it for over 7 mins while I watched them literally all standing around doing nothing. The branch mngr refused to speak with me, the CEO has yet to return my call.... I would not recommend this branch to anyone. EVER. I have never been treated like that just to get a roll of quarters so I could do my laundry. Terrible place, horrid people.
