My family and I rented a home for 3 years managed by Heritage Home Rentals. We’ve recently bought a house, but our experience with this company was nice. Prior to renting through Heritage Home Rentals, we rented from a very large and well known rental company. Our experience was terrible. We could never speak with anyone directly and our maintenance requests were ignored. I can honestly say this company was the best by far! Periodically issues with the home would arise, as is the case with most homes, however all complaints and issues were taken seriously and dealt with in a timely manner. Stuart and his wife treat the tenants just as well as they do the home owners they represent. They were always friendly, respectful and very understanding. I will always recommend this company! Thanks for a great few years.

We have used Cathy and Stewart to handle our rental properties for about 8 or 9 years now. We have never had any issues. We always get the best tenants , and rent paid on time every month. We get the best maintenance fee's on our properties. We moved out of state and the only properties we kept are the ones Cathy manages. I can't say enough about how great this company is ran.
