Mike Ewing and his company has been managing my Irvine property for more than a decade. His team is the most reliable, and cost effective team. The turn around time for fixing issues in my unit is less than 1-3 days. When I was ready to sell my unit, his team covered almost all aspects of last minute maintenance including paying my utilities bills. He is also very knowledgeable about the market and negotiated very good lease terms for me over the years.

Several years ago I had to move out of my condo for a job relocation and needed to rent it out for a while. I found Mike from Hermitage PM on Yelp and he handled everything related to the property while I was away, from finding tenants to repairs and work orders and HOA communications and all the stuff in between. He gives me all the options and his frank opinions, lending me his expertise, before I have to make any big decisions, and after all these years I know I can trust him. More recently, Mike handled a move-out process for the property and organized all the cleaning and painting and fixing of all the wear and tear in a super short window of time which was another huge load off my mind. If I ever need property management services again I'm definitely coming back to Mike and his team at Hermitage. Thanks for everything!!

I originally came upon HPM on Yelp in 2013, and took a leap of faith, entrusted my brand new condo with Mike and never looked back. Mike is trustworthy, responsive, diligent, communicative, pro-active, professional, and his fees are beyond reasonable, compared to what other property managements charge. He tries his best to find good tenants, and always advises rent at fair market amount. And all throughout the pandemic, he never dropped the ball and stayed on top of everything. I had a tenant who purchased a house and moved out right before the holidays and Mike did his magic and turned my place around and got it rented out immediately.

I would be so lost without HPM! Thank you Mike!
