I will never rent from the place again.
The gentlemen there was great fast service and everything was well getting the vehicle. The service returning was a nightmare the car was still returned on time but whoever that woman is that services this location is lower than skid row! Even when the car was returned on time I was still charged 42 dollars when the car was returned on half a tank and was given to me ON half a tank of gas! I’m not going to devalue the service I received from the gentlemen but getting that charge definitely showed me how vindictive and malicious the other worker there is. I’ll get her name later because I’m disputing this charge. But I want to make sure I write this review because this place is not good business. First time renting at this locations and definitely my last. Watch your charges BEWARE.

Have never rented from Hertz before but the actually gave a better deal. I was renting a car to drive across country. Upon picking up the car first off they did not do a walk around with me. As I did one he was standing in front on the car and I mentioned bugs covering the whole front of the car. His response was oh you should see some are worse.
I interior of the care was very dirty was forced to put a blanket on the back seat and clean the inside of the front window as not to be blinded with sun glare from film on the window. Midway through my trip I realized why they left the front if the car dirty. There was a crease on the top of the hood. I couldn't see how it could of happened the way it was yet I worried the rest of my tip if they were going to blame it on me. And since I was informed when renting $200.00 were held for cleaning or damage. Post note have never had money held anywhere else. So I made sure I cleaned it good to return. Guess what all the bugs came off the front along with the backseat dirt and sunflower seeds.
So Haford Hertz I was not happy with your lack customer service and supplying a clean car. Bear WV Hertz will be happy I did your job. And my $200.00 were not held for damage so the dent was there already, thanks for the stress of me worrying about it

1) Gas was not fill all the way up and 1 bar less when picked the honda car. 2) Charged additional $25/day Loss Damage Waiver that i did not ask for. 3) Asked for 1) and 2) refund, no return call so far over a month.

Customer service was amazing. We had to extend longer than our original date and we did it with ease. The guys in the front had amazing customer service and was not rude about me having to wait in their lobby. I get anxiety about waiting around but they made me feel comfortable and wasn’t rude about me having to chill in their lobby.

Great service and really helpful. Turned in my rental after extending 3x. the total on return from my $1600, they got that price down to the daily rate and only paid $800. Will definitely use them again

wanted to get away for mother's day and this was my first time renting a car for a day trip. made a reservation through another company but reservation was accidentally cancelled. at 9 AM contact Hertz and they inform us they have a car available for myself and my children. i originally planned for a Chevy at the other location but Hertz had a Cadillac available when we arrived. what started out to be a bit of a disappointing morning ended up being the beginning of a very relaxing and much needed trip to the coast. store clean, inviting, staff professional, car well cleaned. plan to go here again for future car rental needs. great location. right off the highway. dining close by and great local shopping
