This was my first apartment ever, i lived there for 1.5 years & its very quiet and peaceful.. they dont let kids play with any outdoor toys.. we got written up twice for my son playing with a soccer ball. they weren't even being bad or kicking it high it was amongst themselves.. they also use your deposit for the next pal. we left that home SPOTLESS.. three small stains and they want us to pay for the THE WHOLE CARPET on the place.. it was a small chocolate stain that melted... i went and clean and they are still charging me a cleaning fee. PS some guy got murdered there as well...

Terrible! They’ll take your security deposit just to fix up the apt for the next guy. And they’ll lie about it with a smile. Very rude. They’ll also spy on you, and speak in Spanish because they know you can’t understand it. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. The management is horrible.

My wife and I were wary of moving in due to the high number of negative reviews, but we were impressed by the staff when we went to see the units. While the exterior of the buildings might be a little dated and in need of some updating, the inside of the apartments was very nice. We stayed for a year, and received almost the entirety of our security deposit back. Long story short, don't believe just the negative reviews. Would move back if we returned to Cali.

it's a nice area to live in but there is no fitness center like how its stated on apartments.com. The pool has been closed for a year now. its sucks that the pool still isn't opened. Its summertime. Its hella hot outside and they are constantly cleaning it but we cant use it still.

Lived here almost 2 years and can’t wait to leave. Horrible rude management. Being here has cost me so much money. They made me pay for a window with a slight crack in it $354. They didn’t give enough warning for me to come up with that kind of money. Only 4 days notice with a paper on my door. When I moved in rent was $850 they gave me a month notice that rent was going up to $1,050 by the end on the month if I didn’t sign another lease! I could understand paying this much only if I have a garage with washer/dryer hook up or a little back yard or maybe even a 2 bedroom or assigned parking. But no you don’t get any of that at all for $1,050! Not even security around the complex because we sure as hell need it here! I don’t know how many times I’ve called dispatch for fights and parties in the parking lot right in front of my window! People upstairs won’t stop banging everything they can, there’s a kid next door to me that won’t stop screaming all hours of the day and an old couple who have to have the tv blaring with all the windows open. One day I decided maybe I should start recycling...big mistake! The next day I got a notice on my door stating that I’m breaching the contract/lease by having a few bags on recyclables on my front porch. My porch in gated and no one can see the bags anyways! You want me to pay $1,050 for you to tell me what I can’t do? Moving on to how the laundry facilities are my worst nightmare! There’s at least 2 out of 4 washers broken every week and half the dryers steel your money and don’t turn on, then when you tell the manager that the machine took your money, she will tell you it’s not there responsibility. People even leave clothes in there and the times is up on their machine and 4 hours later they decided to take their laundry. Living here was the worst 2 years of my entire life. It’s like hell literally. I put my 30 day notice and found myself a 2 bed 2 bath with a little back yard and a garage $750. Screw this place!

Manger Anna is incapable of returning phone calls, even when given over a week. Both her and Breanna (sp?) have attitudes. They lied to my husband and I and wasted our time. Still a month later I have been trying to get my deposit back. Supposedly it’s being sent now. The apartments are not worth the requirements to move in let alone the monthly cost. Horrible business management!!

This place has not changed under the new management. It is still a disgusting place to live and everything breaks! The counters were painted so every time you try to wipe down anything paint comes up, the kitchen sink constantly has a rank odor even after cleaning it with different substances, and don't get me started on the toilet. They have snaked it three times in a month, replace the entire toilet and it still over flows on a regular basis! The office staff are incompetent and rude! The maintenance staff are the only good people who work here and he is leaving soon, so NO DO NOT LIVE HERE it is a horrible experience and we've only been here a short time.

No fitness center, no spa, washers and dryers always broken, maintenance never ever fixed anything, there are video cameras, and Anna the Manager says she and the property is not responsible, crime free but let's people continue to stay for months on end, always says that your late, and always wants a late fee, I think she pockets that money. Office never open, cars are always being vandalized here even though there are security cameras, thathappen never to catch anything. She Anna the manager is a LIAR!
