we’ve been without running water for days. most of the repairs from our lease agreement were half done, or were completely neglected to be done…even over a year in of us living here. the staff takes days to reply to texts and calls and emails, even during emergencies with water. they’ve left us without functioning heat, air conditioning, hot water, and now water at all. these were all for extended periods of time. our home was up-charged upon buying it, as it’s so broken that it’s worth much less. do not live here
