I transfer money to myself through Zelle regularly & this is the 2nd time I have gotten a confirmation that the money was received, but it does not reflect on my balance. I have a business and not having any support until they open during business hours is more than frustrating! The 1-800 number provided is no longer in service. This is not ok! The bank says they don’t hold funds, but when sending through Zelle, Hilltops department of Zelle (which is now ran by the bank) saw my deposit and changes the deposit date to the next day. It took 24 hours to actually reflect on my balance because I was “late” making the transfer and it didn’t hit their “batching” in time. I have never had this problem in the 2 years I’ve been transferring money this way, it used to take took seconds to see my deposit. Fair warning. This bank will hold your funds if you don’t transfer first thing in the morning because of thier schedule.

Normally love this bank. When I was opening my kiddos bank account he was asking about account policies and she was giving good info. But I did not appreciate her saying she was giving my child motherly advice. The way she said it sounded rude and the fact that what she wad saying made him nervous about getting an account to begin with. And even he left saying she made him uncomfortable and said she's not my mom why did she say it like that. Just something to think about.

This bank has been my go- to local bank for a long time. Even with all the quarantine going on, they were able to assist me with no problems. Was a good bank all the way up until they send me two balances of 1,038 twice in January. Then they say it was a mistake!! It's ok ill never trust banks as long as I live!!!
