Dental side review: Asked to arrive 15min prior to appointment to fill out paperwork, arrived in the cold at 8am sharp when they’re suppose to open it’s now 8:20 and the doors are still locked. Luckily the wonderful ladies next door at the medical office allowed me to wait inside out of the cold. Not a good start for my first visit hopefully the wait will be worth it.

Update: once I made it inside the Back to see dentist experience was awesome, made it in and out pretty quickly. Dr cook was very helpful and informative, will definitely be back because of him just going to avoid appointments when they first open to not have to go through that wait again.

The medical center is very nice compared to other medical centers I have been to. Every appointment I have only had to wait no longer than 10 minutes to be Called back into my room. From then it was about 20 minutes u til she came into see me. Which isn't very long at all compared to some offices which the wait is at least 1-2 hours (even with an appointment). The employees are very helpful and patient. I've had some issues which caused me to be in contact with the office and this certain employee for a couple days and she helped me tremendously. Thank you Cathleen for helping me and not treating me as a problem. She was so busy yet still had the time to help me with me issue. Dr. Spaulding is very nice and patient as well. I feel comfortable telling her my health problems without feeling judgment. She also isn't constantly looking at the clock to get to next patient. She gives me my time and really listens and cares about me. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone of my family members!!!

Compared to other clinics in the county, this is the best one. All my kids see Dr. Gasha, he is amazing and caring and he takes his time talking and listening to the kids. Every time we have scheduled an appointment, we don't have a very long waiting period before being called back. Once we're in the room the Dr is in the room in like 2 minutes. Staff is amazing, very friendly and kind.

They take advantage of the fact that they accept medi-cal and don't even try to provide good service. Slow service. Crowded waiting room. If you need an urgent appointment they schedule you for two months later. Even with an appointment, you're stuck in the waiting room for at least an hour. The receptionists need to stop scheduling so many patients during the same hour block because the office is so understaffed and cannot see that many patients. Also got told I needed to replace all my fillings by the dentist when they are very recent. Sketchy. Definitely getting a second opinion.

Second worse place I have ever experienced. Receptionist were always rude. Non medical seemed to make decisions for the doctor. Available appoints are always about three weeks out. All medical staff were very nice and helpful. Dr. Spaulding is a great doctor. She was the only reason I continued to go back.

The best and FAST clinics in our valley. The hard working staff always happy to help patients everyday. The providers help in their way and as long as we ask questions they will make us more knowledgeable about our needs. They have their ups and downs but you can tell they care about our needs.

Medical staff is always a pleasure to talk too. Nurse Kevin is great Nurse Practitioner. Doctor Spalding was also amazing health care provider before she left. Overall, great people work here.

Staff is so friendly and nice, the receptionists are so caring. in the waiting room there always playing family friendly movies. Every visit I've only had to wait a couple of minutes before being called back. All my siblings also visit Hilmar Health Center for all our medical needs.
