My family toured the property and put in 3 applications for each adult. We constantly had to call for updates to our application. Every time time Edgar would say he would call back he wouldn’t and I would have to call multiple times per day to catch him. Finally after a week and a half he verbally informed me that the landlord would like to move forward with our application and he would give me a call back. He never called so I reached out about 2 days later for him to inform me that the owner only wants to do month to month and not the original 1 year lease that we put the application in for. We have a section 8 voucher so I believe they changes it because they know that I can’t sign a month to month with a voucher.

I met all qualifications to rent the home. After telling me that they’ve ignored my request to transfer to a different property since my application should have been good for 30 days per the Representative Roberto. I emailed requesting a refund since they changed terms from 1 year to month to month and I have screen recording of their listing saying they 1 year lease before I applied and also showing month to month after. All I wanted was my $150 refund but now I will take it further since they refuse to provide that. I will contact my bank in addition to making this a legal matter. My uncle who is overly qualified will also help me prove that they are discriminating against me for having a voucher. Before I was injured at work I was working 55 hours per day and my two adult kids are in college pursuing bachelor degrees. I just received clearance to return to work from my doctor. So I’m upset they wasted my time and money.

I’ve already made a complaint with the department of consumer affairs, I will be reaching out to HUD, The Department of Real Estate, the Better Business Bureau and I will consult an Attorney regarding discrimination.

I have used them to remodel my rentals, and also to help me sell some of my properties. They are always up to date on the latest laws, and requirements. Everything from rent payments to the tenant portal is great. I like having the option to pay the rent online and also have access to all the past repair/service requests.

Gabby is in charge of repairs and does a great job of getting back to you quickly and setting up the handyman visit in a timely manner. Extremely disappointed with this property management company. I had booked a showing for a home I was interested, communicated with the company 3 times (me reaching out prior to confirm). I showed up 10 minutes early, there were 3 other families waiting there as well. A family called the company and said someone would be soon since it was 10 minutes past 5pm (5pm was the original showing). Everyone started leaving slowly and we were hopeful. We called but the office was closed so we called the emergency number and a gentleman answered, said he would call us back to give us an update. He called back and said the showing individual was there at 4pm. Such poor customer service, went out of my way with my family for no reason.
