We own a vacation property that HOAMCO manages. First rate customer service from Kimberly. The automated front end isn't hard to navigate, just enter the name of the person you want to speak to. We always get through on the first attempt.

The hours are limited and there are no weekend hours, so for second home owners, such as ourselves, who come from another state, it can be a challenge to get in person service.

However, HOAMCO was willing to let our real estate agent pick up our remotes for us and put the charge on our account if we couldn't make it during their business hours. We ultimately ended up getting here on a Friday and in time before they closed, but it was nice to have an option if we couldn't do it in person.

That's service and flexibility!

These Folks manage our Community Water bill for White Hills Unit 2. For months whoever they had reading was putting whatever they wanted down and people were paying ridiculous water bills.

Now I have to hound them weeks after my water bill is due to even receive my bill on time.

If you are even contemplating using their services please don't. You will be disappointed and so will your entire community.

Horrible horrible!!! Worst HOA company I’ve ever owned a or managed by!!! They never ever answer their phones or return calls they never sent me my annual hoa bill. Never called me never emailed me about my bill then a year later they have an attorney call me saying I owe $1800 for late fee and attorney fees when the annual fee is only $120!!!

Wish there wa a zero star! Our neighborhood looks like crap since Hoamco took over. They do nothing about homes that are not in compliance. The weeds were a foot tall along the walking paths before the landscapers finally took care of then.

They never announced to the owners of my property in White Hills that they were taking over for the other mgmt company. Manager openly admitted that statements were not being sent out and assessments were not being collected. She states they took over in April of 2022. I stopped receiving my annual dues statement and frankly forgot about it. No letter was sent to me to let me know I was past due. Then bang they filled a lien on the property and sent me a letter saying I owe more than the lien amount. I immediately called because frankly I thought it was a scam. Karen, the manager talks over you when you are trying to asks questions to figure out what is going on and why this happened this way. Horrible ethics and morals-they have none.

I like Hoamco, in theory, and it’s possibilities. Really liked them years ago when they oversaw LR from Las Vegas. Would not recommend the Bullhead office to an enemy. The office manager has been a disaster from day one. We were given excuses for her poor work performance. Mismanagement, employee turnover, huge integrity issues, calls not returned, emails not addressed (told she wouldn’t respond, told turn on your read receipt) issues addressed for awhile, but now back to the same. HOAMCO, you can do better.
