For the past year and a half, I have had to navigate changes to my health insurance plans. I attempted to do it myself, and was thoroughly confused. A local business owner recommended Julie Abad at Hoffman Insurance Group to me. Julie helped me navigate and choose a plan that turned out to be better than what I had through my employer. And then at the end of the calendar year, when that plan's premium went way up, Julie helped me go through the process again. Mark and his team did a spectacular job at helping my family obtain better and more cost effective car/auto insurance from one of the insurance companies they broker for. With our hectic schedule, we couldn't get into his offices, so Mark helped me with application and documentation all through email/online. So far, the process to switch has been smooth. I don't have experience on filing claims through the insurance company Mark set me up with so I can't speak to that at this time.

BACKGROUND

I recently moved from a big city suburb into a small town rural area. Even though I loved my previous home/auto insurance company that was used for 10+ years, the rates keep creeping up and they would not renegotiate pricing as they don't seem to care about keeping customers.
