Joe left me absolutely speechless. He had dealt with a property that was my grandmothers and it was inherited by another family member after her death. Unfortunately the property was not taken care of and was sold, unfortunately the personal property was left inside.

I don't live in the state, but I reached out to Joe very nicely to inquire about the personal property. I knew that most likely the property was remove by this point, but I wanted to at least find out and not assume if the property was recoverable (storage, transferred, donated, etc.).

The call was not even a minute long, I got a few words out of my mouth and he immediately had a change in attitude, stated that the items were trashed and the unit was remodeled and while I can't recall the exact phrase, I was essentially told tough luck and CLICK. Yes, he hung right up on me.

This guy has a very short fuse, honestly this is not how you talk to people. Needless to say I was left in shock after all of that. He could of simply stated that I'm sorry, wish I could help but that property was discarded, we did try a couple times to let someone remove it, but it is not recoverable. That would of been all I needed to know, an honest and respectable response. The attitude was not necessary.
