Let me tell you about Alex and Luis from Home Connect. I contacted Alex in early May of this year (2024). Alex was awesome from the start! I had difficulty with other mortgage brokerages with promises that were never kept with the typical we are going to get this done vibe. Alex and Luis went absolutely above and beyond for us! Just from the get go Alex said everything looks good and anything him and Luis said they did for us. They taught me how to handle my credit cards and other credit so we could get this done. I did exactly what told me to do and it worked! We had a few minor hiccups like any mortgage but was never on their end. Like anyone that tells their Mortgage brokers ' Hey thanks for the help and getting this done'. I mean that times 10! They were AWESOME with working with my realtor who has been in the business for decades and she even noted ' Joe, these guys are AWESOME! I live near Detroit the world capital of the Mortgage giants . When I needed a mortgage I ended up on line talking to random people . Somehow I randomly found Alex and I immediately trusted him. It was a wonderful decision as Alex is more concerned for the client then his own financial gain . Alex coordinated a large mortgage in a complex transaction and earned his payday. I was also fortunate that Alex has Errin and extremely competent processor who worked night and day . I am not that easy to please but Alex and his Errin came through for me and I am sure they would do that for you .
