Bobby was referred to us by our realtor at the time we were looking to either sell our current house and buy new or use a home equity loan to remodel the home we were in. After not being able to sell we went the remodel route instead. There was never a time throughout the entire process Bobby was out of communication. He would check in periodically to see how we were doing and if there was anything he could do to help. When we went the HELOC route Bobby was with us the entire way and when the company that loaned us the money had a portal issue with documentation Bobby was on the phone with all the parties needed to ensure our loan was processed as fast as possible. I have referred Bobby to 1 friend and if I know of anyone else looking to do any kind of home loan he will be the first person I would recommend.
