We have all heard of realtors that basically sit back and collect their commission. John is NOT one of those realtors. He earns every cent of his commission. John provided us with a thorough analysis of the market in our area for the type of custom property lot we listed. He provided clear/concise strategy options with timing and pricing, and -most importantly- top notch customer service. He kept us informed during the entire process. John sent us regular emails providing stats of the performance of our property. He was transparent about the realities of selling our property and made sure we had all of the information we needed to make informed decisions throughout the process (adjust pricing recommendations, current/future state market stability information, etc.)

When our property was finally under contract, the buyers realtor and realtors choice of title company were both terrible. They had poor communications, lack of follow up and slow responses on our inquires. I don't know if they even cared on whether or not we closed by the date listed in the contract. They were lackadaisical and treated everything as non-urgent. As the seller it was very frustrating. We weren't sure we were going to be able to close on time. John followed up via email and telephone multiple times with the stakeholders involved in the sale, including the lender, to ensure we would close on time. We were cc'd on some of these interactions in email and he did not mince words. John works for you, the customer.

He even, unexpectedly showed up to our appointment at the title company when we signed closing docs to ensure they were accurate. We were grateful because several errors were caught! The title company had poor quality of work even at closing. We were asked to sign before corrections to the docs were made. When we questioned it, we were met with passive aggressive attitude by the assistant. John again demonstrated that we were his priority, by continuing to ask questions and reviewing docs with us.

His knowledge and experience level were very helpful for us, novice sellers. If you need a realtor that puts in the same level of effort from day 1 until the paperwork is signed, John's your guy.

I would not hesitate to work with John again when we need realtor services again.
