We had a very good experience with home shield mortgage from the very start Kenneth and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that my questions were answered that my concerns were justified and put at ease. At any time I had a question they were quick to respond and get back with me and the process was easy and painless. We had a small glitch in paperwork and within minutes everything was taken care of and corrected and signing was beyond easy. It was so nice to be able to have someone come to us to do the closing that was really surprising to my husband and myself that was a nice surprise and without any extra cost to us for that. Again I couldn't ask for a better closing than with Kenneth and his staff.

If I could give 10 stars, it would be more appropriate! Kenny went ABOVE and BEYOND the expectations of a mortgage loan officer. We had a few hiccups with a company that slowed the buying process down, to the point there were concerns the seller might back out because it was being drug out so long. Kenny stepped up to the plate, remained calm, and addressed every obstacle with grace. He found a new lender, lowered my interest rate, and ensured I was able to close on my house in a week. We are now comfortably set up in our new home, awaiting the holidays and new memories! I would recommend Kenny to anyone, new home owner or experienced!
