All the bank tellers are nice and caring. The loan department sucks. Changed management from Matt to dawn and dawn is rude and unprofessional. She lacks major communication. Hometown bank used to have good employees but they downgraded by hiring her.

There you’re best friend until life hits you with a blow. Dawn Johnson has displayed rude and heartless behavior in her interactions with customers. I was shocked by her lack of respect, especially given my family's current hardships. While I understand her actions may be lawful, they are not morally right, and her attitude only exacerbated the situation. Business can be demanding, and I recognize the need for firmness; however, I was taken aback by the way she spoke to my family today. As someone with stage 4 heart failure and a limited time to live due to Covid, her words have added to my pain during this difficult period. I am well-respected in my community and feel compelled to warn others about our experience. As a result of this incident, my family and I will be closing our accounts, and I will share this warning with everyone I encounter.

fantastic people.

I don't much care for the current in person banking method of having a little desk outside. I wanted to take to someone IN PERSON about starting a mortgage loan through you, but received a "someone will call you" response.
