Living there made me not want to live in an apartment ever again. Little Cabrini Green is what the name should be cause it has gone down hill from when I first moved in. And what happened to security deposits being kept in a bank? What happens to the interest? I was told ther's no interest. Sounds like something illegal is going on, I'm looking into that. I wanted to give 0 stars but it wouldn't let me post without something being selected.

Terrible place to live. The assistant manager who is there today ,07/10/24 , is beyond unprofessional . I asked can I speak the manager higher than her and I guess she felt some way. I called to to let them know that my god kids room had a big hole in the ceiling and it was water coming in and she said unfortunately we can’t help at this moment. Don’t move there it’s considered a hood “color doors” it’s not safe. It’s roaches and mice all in those apartments and the management does nothing. DON’T MOVE THERE YOU WILL HIGHLY REGRET IT

Haven’t had a lot of issues since moving in, but the two concerns I did have they were immediately addressed and fixed, Ms LaToya has been great , She has always promptly responded and made sure I was taken care of as well as Mr Bobby .

My son and I have recently moved into Homewood Village townhomes. I can truly say it has been a great pleasure to have experience The office staff has provided for me. From me putting in an application, paperwork, the wait process, having patient with me, and signing my lease to getting my keys. Energy from the office staff is very very profesional. Thanks Mrs. Mary I believe that’s who I spoken to about applying for a 2brd over the phone. I also want to give recognition to Miss Latoya Stewart she has been a very, very big help for me, and my six year old son she was patient with me, she was understanding, and most importantly, she was polite and made you feel like this was gonna be a great home for my 6 yrs old and I . I love my newly rented townhouse. It meets my accommodations. I am looking for to living here for years and years to come. Thanks
