My husband and I started working with Karen B. at the end of 2021. We were not ready for a couple of months but Karen guided us and answered any and all questions we had so that we would be ready for the 2022 year. Karen was always ready and quick to help when we saw homes that we liked and put offers in on. It didn’t matter the time or day, she was ready to help. She held our hand through out the whole time we have worked with her and always looked out for our best interest. She made us feel safe and secure. She is a very kind, funny, and a patient person, which we very much appreciate. During the long process of finding a home, she always had our paper work up to date and ready to go. When we found our home and put in an offer, she was quick to draw up paperwork and have it ready with in minutes. She constantly communicated with us, our realtor, sellers agent, and escrow company. She and her team (Marifer and Mari) were quick to have our paperwork submitted and finalized. We scored our forever family home and we definitely have to thank Karen and her team for that. Karen and her team at House of Loans really did their thang! When my husband and I first started looking for a home we went with a different lender who was not able to get the loan done and we missed out on the house.
Feeling defeated and sad, we stumbled upon Karen after our new agent referred us to her. Let me tell you....COMPLETLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! She was so knowable and really really took the time to get to know our unique financial picture.
With the diligence of her and her team we were able to get our first home and close in 30 days!

My Loan Expert was Jean Chaddock, and I couldn't wish for a better person, from day 1 she was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I recommend her 100% this will be the second Loan that she is involved in with us, and things just flowed how they supposed to without any surprises or delays. If you are here reading this review trust me look no further, I have delt in the past with all type of predatory lending, predatory realtors everyone just looking at your name with a dollar sign attached to it. Never appreciating that you are a person that is trying to get further in life. However, when we found Jean, her warmth and out the bat experience was clear, always upfront about all the information and numbers, she was intentional in always putting us first and looking for our convenience. She stayed connected with us from start to finish and even after all paperwork was signed, she has been present making sure she is available if we have a question. In summary she was God sent just when we needed her. As of now in 2023, we are gearing ourselves for a new venture and my first call is and will always be Jean Chaddock at the house of loans.
