Great user experience and easy to use. Will state a couple areas for app interface improvements, the birthday input could be better and the in app refresh for messaging with the agent could be quicker. But over all it's a good app and I'll be recommending it in the future.

I've had Marla as my tax preper for about10 years now qnd she's always supper informative amd patience. Any question I've ever had she has always made sure to find the the answer and get back to me with in a few hours if she didn't already know the answer. My calls are always returned with lighting speed, and always treated like family. She knows me and remembers not just me but my kids as well❤ She knows what she's doing qnd takes pride in that so I know that I can trust her that's why I haven't went any where else.

I see the positive reviews on this page however my experience was the opposite. I was matched to this H&R Block office through the online Tax Pro service. After uploading my documents, Marla Stark started working on my return. After a few days she sent me a return for approval that was incomplete/false and I rejected it. After I alerted her that the document was incomplete and contained errors, she refused to help. She acknowledged that she left out essential documents only after I made her aware of that. She then refused to cooperate and even answer my questions. I requested to talk to the branch manager Nancy Mccracken and called several times but did not receive feedback. Marla refused to refund my already paid fees. I had to contact H&R customer service; they had to move it to their customer escalation service to get me refunded, as the branch was not cooperative. In my opinion a highly inappropriate business behavior and apparent lack of knowledge. A very negative experience, I will avoid them in the future.
