This insurance provider has been a complete and utter joke. Terrible communication, up to the point where my agent was short and nasty every time I tried to reach out to her. In April, I purchased a new vehicle at Hubler, and replaced a vehicle on my policy with my new one. At the beginning of August, I did some rate comparisons and while the agent was giving me the quote it became obvious she had not added the new vehicle and my vehicle had not been insured. When asked, the agent denied that we had any lapse in coverage. On 9/2/24, Ohio Mutual took $464 out of my checking account because the agent had went in and took out a policy and backdated it to the day of purchase. She fraudulently purchased a policy that she never quoted and I never agreed to purchase and never would have agreed to purchase such a high insurance policy. When asked about the charge, she was again rude and dismissive. Terrible - absolutely rotten - business services and I wouldn't trust insuring any item through this group.

Alyson is THE BEST insurance agent I have ever had! She got my insurance rates lowered from $300 to $190!!!
My car is hard to insure but SHE found a way to get me all the coverage I need and save me over $100 a month! Thank you Alyson!!!

Hunker Financial Services has been taking care of my insurance needs for a couple years now and all I have to say is, what a awesome firm to have. I don’t have to worry about much when I have them on my side. I am very grateful for them because anytime I need something they are just a call a way and get it done each time. I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give 0 and leave a review. My experience started in January when one of the employees, Rin (I worked with her previously), started a policy for me for auto insurance and also for rental. I was told that everything was good to go and I was covered. I had a notice on the app that they needed additional documents. I asked Rin, and she assured me she took care of it. I received a letter from Allstate shortly after saying my policy was going to be canceled due to not providing the declaration page of my previous insurance. I reached out to Rin to see what was going on and she informed me that she no longer worked there. I then reached out to the office and spoke to a girl named Brittany. She asked me to send her the declaration page and she would try to save the policy. I didn't hear back from anyone. I emailed Brittany to check on the status and she informed me that it was too late and the policy was canceled as of March 29th.
Today, April 28th, I receive a phone call from a 3rd party debt collector for a debt with Allstate. I told them there has to be a mistake bc Allstate canceled my policy. I shouldn't owe money. I hung up and called the Allstate office. I was then informed that there was a balance of $275 for the last month of coverage. Apparently once they start to cancel your policy, they REMOVE AUTOMATED BILLING. So the balance was not taken out of my account like we had originally set up.

I HAD NO IDEA I EVEN HAD A BALANCE. But instead of calling me, or mailing me a letter, the debt was sold to a collection agency in less than a month.

I ended up settling the amount with the agency, NOT ALLSTATE.

I absolutely do not recommend this branch what so ever.

The most redeeming part of my visit was the assistance Taylor Coleman provided, but when I returned for help, it turns out they got rid of her. My review went from 5 to 2, because clearly they don't know how to retain good service.
