I took a lot of great items there to sell, the last two times I took stuff there larry the looser told me, we can't keep putting these items up that don't get any bids, one was a $75 dream catcher! & another I think was a $50 statue, all he would say is how my items wern't good enough! for there rinky dink auction! never once did they say to me, thank you so much for bringing your wonderful items to our auction! Last time they broke (3) of my pieces! I wondered why they didn't put them up, the idiot who puts items up there said, BROKE! thats it! not I accidentally broke (3) of your items, we will reimburse you for your loss! No! they wern't even going to tell me! Pethetic People! One of the worst auction houses to sell at. But a great place to buy! because they don't have very many people bidding! cause they suck! Not to mention, you walk in and there are piles of stuff, piled up, looks like there going to have a bon-fire! there so organized! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME SELLING AT THIS DUMP! INLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY TOUR STUFF!

What a horrible place! Stay away if you want to sell something. I gave them a beautiful golden oak table with ten chairs. The owner's helper was sure it would sell fast and possibly very well. There is no minimum price and they don't advocate for you. I waited more than a month. You will never guess the check I just received. Ten dollars! That's right, ten bucks! They sold it for $35.00, took $25.00 even though they should have taken 25% because I even delivered this really heavy piece to them. If they take it from your home, they charge 35% commission. No integrity or accountability. Avoid these people like a plague if you are a seller. Any offer on Craigslist will be better than this.

I would leave 10 stars if I were able! This auction company is run by some amazing people. I had a mishap happen where I won some items I couldn’t even pay for. After contacting Hudson they assured me that everything was going to be okay to just try and make that payment as soon as I could. After my next paycheck came in when I contacted them, the lady on the phone was so nice to me. She explained that things happen sometimes and that they understood, that my items had been set aside and that she would do her best to keep my shipping down as cheap as possible. What companies do things like that now days? Hudson does! These are some honest understanding people that will work with you and go above a beyond! So 10 stars thank you so much for being patient with me!

I have bought and sold stuff at Hudson’s for years never really had any problems. I buy storage units and it’s a great way to get rid of large quantities at a time. I think these other people are unaware on how an auction works. Sometimes stuff goes cheap and sometimes it doesn’t and you learn what to bring those items that bring in more money . Hudson is the Jackie Chan of auction selling, he gets it sold and I get a check in 5 days. ?

I have been going to Hudson's Auction for 30 years. A nice family owned and operated business. Great assortment of items and 2 different rings every Friday night. Fun and very friendly people both customers and employees. I highly recommend.

I used to be a regular volume buyer at this auction with a permanent better number. The owner's daughter and wife are two of the rudest people I have ever met professionally or personally. The daughter especially is consistently abusive to both buyers and consigners. I stopped going there about two years ago and warn people away from this business as an example of how not to run an auction house in terms of customer service.

To the lady with the picture that was worth $200. You don't understand all those pictures on the showroom floor did not sell at previous auctions. The owner of the company auction
Just did not want to let you down.
You probably came in there with the intentions of getting $200 for your painting.
Paintings don't bring a lot unless they're very very valuable well-known.I have been to all the auction house around the area and a painting generally brings $5 to $25 each. You would have been disappointed and then complain about that with the price it brung.please understand this is an auction house you do not know what it's going to bring it could bring $500 it could only bring $5. If you wanted $200 for the picture then you should have sold it by yourself. Either way you would have complained and made a bad review and tried to ruin a family business. If you did take it to another auction house and sell it what did it go for step up to the plate and confess.almost everybody I've met thinks they have a masterpiece and their hands but most of the time it's just a regular painting with hundreds of millions of pagers out there.
