I am here at 6.30am the guard say park on dock after 7am that lady came and say you have to scale first then I go to the scale and then other 2 more truck came and she took first say to me I have to stay now is 8.41am still waiting they have 3 dock but if somebody already on dock 3 then you can't backup because no that much space they should have to take them who came first

I arrived on time for my 7 a.m. appointment on December 24th, 2019. After 1 hour of loading my truck + putting eats kids in the to shippers decided to take coffee break.

I went to the shipping office to voice my concern and was berated by the Spanish lady in the shipping office because she said that California law and title them two a coffee break and they had started working at 6 a.m. . California law says that we are entitled to a 10 minute break for every 4 hours worked Karma these guys wanted a break after 2 hours work.

My load was destined for Vancouver British Columbia Canada. A 27-hour trip from Hughson nut. These people had no regard for me whatsoever.

While they will be celebrating Christmas Eve with their families oh, I will be driving their load of almond flour to Canada. While they will be at midnight mass I will be sleeping on the side of the road. Tomorrow when they wake up and have presents with their family and children I will be driving their load of almond flour to Canada.

My Hope was to be home at least in time for Christmas dinner with my family however having taken them over 2 and 1/2 hours to load my truck this will not be possible.

I hope that the two shippers and the Spanish lady in the shipping office receive a lump of coal for Christmas. As a professional driver all I ask is for respect and consideration.

Really bad working conditions !
If you like working outside in the 32 degree cold nights and driving a forklift with product in the rain going up and down 45 degree Hills then that's the place to be. Not for me!!! And then you also get wet inside cleaning machine parts and inhaling chlorine lol really bad!!
